Eleftherios Kostans is a distinguished photographer and filmmaker with a rich history of contributions to various organizations, agencies, and publications. With a decade of experience as a contract photographer for the Philadelphia Inquirer, and as a correspondent for Sipa-Press Agency in New York, he has effectively covered regional, national, and global news.

During his tenure as a staff photographer at Swarthmore College, Eleftherios's magazine work earned recognition from the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education, highlighting his exceptional talent and dedication to his craft. His photography and filmography in the Balkans and the Black Sea region have been showcased on the BBC and featured in exhibitions at the Greek Consulate in New York City.

In addition to his impressive body of work, Eleftherios is an active board member of the Greek American Heritage Society of Philadelphia and is known as a co-founder of Cosmos Philly, a community-based Web media program. Through his involvement in these organizations, he passionately develops stories, news, and documentary films that celebrate the Greek community of Philadelphia and the global Hellenic heritage.

Currently, Eleftherios serves as the Vice-President at 69th Street Productions INC, a film investment and production company based in Philadelphia. His recent release, "In Support of Liberty, Philadelphia and The Greek War of Independence," has earned over fifty international film awards, graced the screens on Independence Day in Los Angeles, and is available for streaming, underlining his exceptional skills in the world of filmmaking.
